These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roll mobile application, website, and related services ("Services") operated by Content Creator Engine Pty Ltd ("Roll", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Roll, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
If you use Roll on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of Service
Roll is a mobile application that enables users to:
- Analyse media locally on their device
- Generate and edit short-form video content
- Use templates and automated editing tools
All core media processing is performed on-device and does not leave your phone unless you choose to export or share content.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep login details secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
a. Paid Plans
Roll may offer:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Free trials
b. Billing
- Payments are charged in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Pricing is displayed at purchase
c. Free Trials
- Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry
- You can cancel anytime via your account or platform provider
d. Refunds
Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
5. User Content
a. Ownership
You retain full ownership of your content.
b. Processing
- Content is processed locally on your device
- We do not store or access your media unless you explicitly upload or share it
c. Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The content you create and share
- Ensuring you have rights to all media used
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Roll for unlawful purposes
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Roll platform, including:
- Software
- Templates
- Branding
- Features
are owned by Roll or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
8. AI and Automation Disclaimer
Roll uses automated systems to assist with editing and content generation.
You acknowledge:
- Outputs are generated automatically
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed
- You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing
9. Privacy
Your use of Roll is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key principles include:
- Media processing occurs on-device
- No server storage of personal media without consent
- Minimal data collection

10. Third-Party Services
Roll may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including:
- Payment processors
- Analytics tools
- Hosting providers
We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Availability and Changes
We may:
- Modify or update features
- Add or remove functionality
- Interrupt service for maintenance
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required by law
- We discontinue the Service
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please cancel your subscription by going into www.amplifymyaudience.online (use email and password confirmed on signup) then:
- Click your profile picture (top right)
- Go to Settings / Billing / Subscriptions
- Find your active subscription
- Click the three dots (...) next to it
- Click Cancel subscription
This will cancel your subscription with access remaining until end of the period.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Roll is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee results, performance, or outcomes
- We are not responsible for content success, engagement, or platform performance
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Roll against any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your breach of these Terms
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of material changes.
Continued use of Roll constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
